Our mission and long term goal is to provide high quality products at an affordable price as well as to ensure peace of mind through professional customer service.
Our experienced staff has a wealth of experience in the agricultural, industrial and commercial sectors, which puts us firmly in a very good position to aid our customers in making an informed choice, catering for their specific needs and budgets.
Why do we do the things we do?
When I first got into the water management game I was struck by the lack of service in the industry, this made me reassess the reasons why I was involved in this sector.
In the beginning it was all about selling the best products and promoting why they were better than the competitors… What I focus on these days in finding out what the client really needs and making the most of the resources they have, this is why each and every system is individually designed to find a synergy between the client's requirements and the resources available.
It is with this in mind that I attempt to minimise the load on the municipal supply network as well as minimising the water drawn from natural sources.
As mentioned above, we still use only the best products available but we don't attempt to baffle the clients mind with sales jargon and technical specifications...From my experience, the client just wants a system that works!
All of our systems are designed to be as user friendly and automated as possible, and it is with this philosophy that I intend growing Project Pumps with the help of many satisfied and happy customers.
